Inscendo IQ builds and operates your system on its own, and we invest heavily in making it good enough that you never need us in the room. Some work is still faster with an Expert beside you, so we make one available. Start with a free 30-minute consultation.
$250 per hour after that
Larger requests continue as paid Expert time at $250 per hour, as availability permits. Time is billed on actual hours in 15-minute increments across the whole job, and a paid meeting is billed as at least one hour.
Quoted up front, as a ceiling
Before any paid hour, you accept a written quote in the product. Its hours are a ceiling: you pay for the real hours worked, never more than the quote unless you approve a change quote.
Under a written agreement
Everything is governed by the published Inscendo IQ Expert Services Agreement, and a mutual NDA is available on request.
