Browser Companion
The Companion lets Inscendo IQ work alongside you in your real Chrome tab. It sees what you see, types what you tell it to, and drives the form using your own logged-in session.
When Inscendo IQ uses it
Only when you ask.
The Companion is opt-in. Inscendo IQ doesn't reach into your browser on every request; it steps in only when you ask it to: “walk me through it,” “fill this form for me,” “reproduce the bug I'm seeing,” “open my Salesforce setup page.”
For credential entry and provider setup, the agent prefers plain text instructions so you stay in control. Driving the browser is a convenience, not the default.

What it sees
The active tab, while you're watching.
When you invite it in, the Companion can read and act on the tab you're on, the same way a helpful colleague looking over your shoulder could. You stay in the loop the whole time and can detach it instantly.
A safety sensor steps Inscendo IQ back when it detects standard password, one-time-code, and payment-card fields. It's best-effort, and unusual or custom fields may slip past it, so treat it as a safeguard, not a guarantee, and detach manually any time.
Distribution
You install it. You stay in control.
The Companion is a Chrome extension you install yourself, and Inscendo IQ walks first-time users through the setup. It only does anything when you explicitly bring it into a task.
It's optional. The Companion is there for the moments when describing a click is slower than doing it together.

The Companion is optional. The platform works without it. But for OAuth setup, support-flow walkthroughs, and form-heavy back-office work, it's the difference between describing a click and just clicking it.
