External providers connect through per-tenant configurations. Credentials route to a secure, tenant-scoped secrets vault automatically. Inscendo IQ walks you through setup, captures the secrets, and wires them into the widgets and automations that need them.
Two flows
Paste a key, or bring your own app.
Paste-a-key providers, for example Stripe, SendGrid, or Twilio, are a one-step handshake. Inscendo IQ tells you where to find the key in the provider's dashboard, you paste it back, and it's stored safely and wired up.
Bring-your-own-app providers (for example RingCentral, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, or HubSpot, and any other OAuth provider) need you to register an app on their side. Inscendo IQ walks the full flow with you: where to go, what to create, and what to paste back. Text instructions by default, with optional hands-on browser help via the Companion.

How credentials get used
Never in source. Never in logs.
Your apps never see a key. They simply say which provider they need, and the platform takes care of the credentials for them.
Outbound calls are recorded for auditing (what was called, when, and whether it succeeded), and your secrets are never written to those records.
OAuth lifecycle
Refresh, rotate, recover.
Connections stay alive on their own. The platform keeps them authorized, so calls keep working without anyone re-authorizing by hand or babysitting an expiring login.
