Inscendo

Pricing

Pay only for the work the agent actually does.

Inscendo bills on a prepaid wallet in US dollars: the reasoning the agent does, and $0.002 for every automation run. No seats and no surprise invoices, with a free usage allowance every month and a Premium plan that raises it to $420.

The wallet, in plain English.

Top up your tenant’s wallet through Stripe, in US dollars. The platform draws down your balance as the agent works: each agent turn is priced by the reasoning it does, and background research the agent runs on your behalf is billed at a lower rate. Widget builds happen inside the agent turn that triggers them. Every automation run costs a flat $0.002 on success, including the scheduled, webhook and data-triggered runs that fire on their own. You pick an intelligence level per agent, so you can trade capability for cost.

  • You pay for what the agent does.

Each agent turn is priced by the reasoning it actually did, so a one-line answer costs a fraction of a long build. Background research the agent runs on your behalf is billed at a lower rate.

  • Automation runs cost $0.002 each.

Every automation run draws $0.002 from your balance when it succeeds, whether it fired on a schedule, on a data change, on a webhook, or because you asked for it. A failed run is not billed.

  • Seats are free.

Adding a teammate does not change your cost. The agents do the work, so your bill tracks the work and not your headcount.

  • A free allowance every month.

Every account starts each month with $25 of usage applied before your balance is touched. Premium raises that to $420. A light month can cost you nothing.

  • A prepaid wallet, in dollars.

Top up through Stripe. The platform meters every agent turn and automation run against your balance in US dollars. When the balance is exhausted, billable work pauses and your data and apps stay intact.

  • Spend you can see and cap.

Watch what every agent turn and automation run costs in your dashboard, set daily and monthly spend caps, choose when to be alerted, and turn on auto top-up if you would rather not be interrupted.

Premium pays for itself before it unlocks anything.

Premium is $300 a month for the whole account, and it comes with $420 of monthly usage, so the allowance alone is worth 40% more than the subscription costs. Everything below arrives on top of that. Any account admin can start or cancel it from the Wallet page, and cancelling keeps the benefits until the paid period ends.

  • $420 of usage every month

40% more usage than the $300 you pay. It is used before your balance and resets monthly on your signup date. The standard allowance is $25.

  • Medium and Best intelligence

Free accounts run chats and background agents at the Low level. Premium unlocks Medium and Best for harder and longer work, and those levels hold far more in view at once, so the agent can work across a big job without losing the thread.

  • Projects

Hand Inscendo IQ a piece of work that spans days or weeks and it keeps a plan, a checklist, goals and an activity log alive across every conversation. Starting new projects needs Premium; projects you already have stay fully available if a subscription lapses.

  • The Self-Healing Steward

A caretaker agent that watches your automations, diagnoses a failure, applies the fix it can verify is safe, then watches the result and undoes it if the fix made things worse. Steward runs never draw on your wallet or your allowance; the platform absorbs that cost.

  • Bring Your Own Claude

Connect your own Claude Code to your account and drive Inscendo IQ from your own machine, on your own subscription.

FAQ

Questions we actually get.

What exactly am I billed for?
Two things. Agent turns, priced by the reasoning the agent actually did on that turn, with background research billed at a lower rate. And automation runs, at a flat $0.002 each, charged only when the run succeeds. Everything else, including your database, secrets vault, and file storage, is included.
What does a typical capsule build cost?
Less than a single human-day of contracting. A first capsule with several widgets and automations lands meaningfully below that, and because you pay for usage rather than seats, the cost does not scale with how many people end up using it. Your wallet shows the actual spend as it happens, and you can cap it.
What happens when my wallet is empty?
Billable work pauses: the agent stops accepting new chat messages and your automations stop running until you top up. Your capsules stay intact: widgets still render the data you already have, and nothing is deleted. Top up and everything resumes.
Can I get a refund on unused wallet funds?
Wallet funds are non-refundable except where required by law. The fine print lives in the Master Subscription Agreement.
Is there a subscription?
One, and it is optional. Premium is $300/month for the whole account and includes $420 of monthly usage (40% more than it costs), the Medium and Best intelligence levels, which hold far more in view at once, the ability to start long-horizon projects, the Self-Healing Steward, and Bring Your Own Claude. Everything else stays usage-based, so you are never paying for a seat nobody uses. If Premium lapses, projects you already have stay fully available to work and finish; only starting new ones waits.
Are there hidden charges for storage, compute, or egress?
No. Your tenant's resources, including its database, secrets vault, and file storage, are included; usage-based billing covers the agent's reasoning and automation runs, not your infrastructure. Any external provider your own capsules call with your own credentials bills to your account with that provider, not to your Inscendo wallet.
What stops a runaway automation from draining my wallet?
Several controls, and you set most of them. Your wallet balance is a hard ceiling: once it's exhausted, the platform pauses billable work automatically. On top of that you can set daily and monthly spend caps that pause AI and automation activity when they're hit, choose a threshold to be emailed before you reach it, and turn on auto top-up if you'd rather keep running. You can watch spend in real time in the cost dashboard.
